Order Inspection

Customers are advised to inspect their parcel at the time of delivery.

If the package appears visibly damaged or the wrong product has been delivered, please contact us as soon as possible with details and supporting photographs.

Claims relating to damaged, missing or incorrect items may not be accepted if they are reported after an unreasonable period following delivery.

Delivery Attempts

If a customer is unavailable at the provided address or does not respond to the courier, additional delivery attempts may be subject to the courier's procedures and charges.
